Make May Trip - Filght got canceled no refund received

I have booked the return flight from Atlanta to Delhi.
I had completed the one side journey, however die to pandemic i have to cancel my return journey due to travel restrictions. I was mot able to reschedule it as I wasn't aware what is the tentative date for travel restrictions lift.
I canceled the flight directly with Airline, because Make my trip didn't allow me to do it and suggested to reach directly to airline. Airline understood the concern and can lead the flight.
To get the refund or travel voucher they told ask your travel partner i.e. Make my trip to raise request.
After requesting them and they said status will be update after * month. After waiting a month what i see in Make my trip portal that the date is extended to another month. I am trying to reach the make my trip customer support where the AI rejecting the request.
I am not sure where to complain? This the service i have ever encountered.
