Ditch the guilt - Fewer Products Received No Transparency or Accountability

I placed order no. ***** on **/**/**** (Sunday) for * brownies + * free as advertised on the website www.ditchtheguilt.fit

First, the package was dispatched late. On sending a Whatsapp message on **********, I was informed that due to a 'slight production delay' my consignment would be dispatched in a few days. I received the package on **/** and was shocked to find that out of the *+* items ordered I had only received *. I tried calling the aforementioned number but it turned out to be switched off. Their other no. ********** also appeared to be switched off at all times. I looked them up on social media and found their Instagram page flashing the number ********** which was also switched off. My query on customer care has also gone unanswered. Social media is full of reports of disgruntled customers who all appear to have had the same experience as I did. Therefore, my case is not an isolated one.

Besides the fact that I have found the 'brownies' to be sub-par in terms of taste and quality, it is clear from their conduct that they are running a scam. My loss of INR **/- is not what is bothering me, it is DTG's lack of transparency and brazenly switching off all modes of communication to avoid accountability is.
