Cloud Packers And Movers - Few items are missing and one item got damaged

Hi Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by the company Cloud packers and movers on June-**-****, I hired this company to transfer my luggage from Chennai to Bengaluru. However, upon receiving the shipment, I was dismayed to find that several items were missing, and one item was damaged.
The missing items include:
Mop
Broom
Oversized blue t shirt & one white t shirt, green oversized t shirt
Blue trouser
One plastic item
Bed sheet
Fastrack watch
Cricket balls, and etc (because I am not sure what extra is missing, but these are the main one
The damaged item is: my new tripod
I had entrusted this company with my belongings, expecting safe and reliable transportation. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. I request you to investigate this matter urgently and take necessary steps to:
*. Locate and return the missing items
*. Compensate me for the damaged item
*. Provide a satisfactory explanation for the negligence
