Medanta The Medicity - Female Radiologist refused to do ultrasound of a 50 year old gentleman saying she doesn t do ultraso

My husband in a lot of pain was advised ingunioultrasound by the general physician at Medanta on not getting an appointment with the main hospital Medanta Gurgaon I was directed to their clinic at Subhash chowk
I went took an appointment for next morning * am as my husband is diabetic he was asked to come in empty stomach
On reaching the clinic at Subhash chowk I was told my husband is a male and their is only a female radiologist at the centre and she does not touch men .This absolutely shocking incident when she was becoming an md and taking an oath did she swear to only serve females
An irate and distraught diabetic patient was running for help but couldn’t get an ultrasound anywhere as we didn’t have a prior appointment.throughly pained by the medical staff of Medanta
