Amity International School - Fees of my children not refunded

I had planned admission of my children in Amity International School Sector ** Gurugram. They have asked me to submit the fees for sync-connect. I have submitted two checks of Rs. *****/ each in the name of Amity Institute of Competitive Studies. My children went to school for three days but they find classes not as per standard. Hence I did not admit my children in Amity International School and requested to refund my sync-connect fees. But they have refunded half of my fees.
