College Institution - Fees no return original documents

I have studied at Gayanodhya institution Neemuch. I take admission on ** July but same resonance I did not attend class because my health was so week. My father takes the decision to cancel the admission. Then I called my college teacher and share the same reason and the teacher was fine and got agree to cancel the admission. I went to college at **/**/****. I request to college M.D. but not return my original T.C. and migration. Please solve my problem. M.D. asked to pay **℅ fees then they will give documents.
