I have paid examination fee of my and my friend for ***-*** on **/**/**** the fee is deducted from my account but there was no update placed in the site. The site is showing that the transaction is declined.
due to the fear of last date, I have re-submitted fee on **/**/****
I have requested them to refund the excess fee paid by me of mine and my friend of the failed transaction, as it has not been refunded till now.
I have attached the pictures of payment messages and passbook entries.

But they are not responding to my complaint and also not receiving my calls.
