St. Stephens College - Fees charged from Credit Card but registration is not confirmed by college

We have attempted to pay registration fees for Miss. Rashika Kalra in lieu of entrance exam for Certificate/Diploma Course in Foreign Langauge for which the last date was **/**/****. While attempting the payment through Hdfc and Sbi Credit Cards few times at around **:** pm on **/**/****, St. Stephens College's payment gateway was showing some error and payment page was crashed however they have claimed the payment from the bank which should be refunded back to us since we did not get any payment confirmation from their end. Moreover, no confirmation was received from their side for the successful registration to French and Japanese language course for which payment was made.

We came across to this fact while checking the card statement. Also we reported this immediately to the bank on **/**/**** to ensure no payment would be dedcuted from the card. However bank assured us that if the merchant (St. Stephens) would not claim the transaction then it will be automatically reversed off.

Attached is the screenshot of payment of Rs. **** which was attempted twice because of payment gateway error. Another payment of Rs. *** was attempted for which receipt is not available however card statement would be furnished. The college team has not responded to any of the emails even after following up with them. Moreover, we have also followed their complaint redressal procedure on their website but still no resultion has been provided.

Kindly investigate and get the money refunded by the college at the earliest.
