TimePro - Fee Refund

I paid **K first installment for course: IIT-D-MLDL ** in April-**** and requested a refund in June-**** end as I lost my job and going through huge financial struggles. I provided my bank details, its been * months but the refund is not processed yet.
Executive (c-nidhi.arora@timesgroup.com) stopped answering my calls, text and email, I have raised multiple queries on iCare and TimePro support but everytime they closed my request without resolving and dont respond. I also emailed pooja.a@timesgroup.com and samriti.mahajan@timesgroup.com but they also did not reply.
What is the status on my refund? Why hasn't my refund been credited?
I am looking for a reply and my refund asap of **K asap. Help me out please
