FIITJEE Institute - Fee Refund

My son was enrolled in the Two-Year PINNACLE Integrated Program at this institute with full faith in their promises of academic excellence and continuous support.

Unfortunately, the situation has taken a grave turn. Without any prior notice, the FIITJEE center in Visakhapatnam has ceased regular operations. Faculty have resigned en masse due to non-payment of salaries, and academic continuity has been abruptly disrupted. This has not only caused significant mental and emotional stress for my son but has also affected his health. We had to seek medical support due to the anxiety and uncertainty surrounding his academic future.

Key Grievances:

*. Educational Disruption: My son was halfway through the program, but classes and academic support have stopped altogether.
*. Refund of Fees: We demand an immediate refund of the fee that was paid in advance under the belief that FIITJEE would deliver a full two-year program.
*. Medical Compensation: The emotional distress and health issues faced by Ved due to the institute’s negligence have added medical expenses and trauma that warrant compensation.
*. Mass Impact: We are not alone in this. Around *** parents in Visakhapatnam are currently facing the same distress. Collectively, we are experiencing betrayal of trust, loss of academic time, and serious financial losses.
*. Lack of Communication: Despite multiple attempts, there has been no formal communication from FIITJEE’s management, leaving parents and students completely in the dark.

Request for Action:

In light of these facts, I request you to kindly:
- Register an FIR against FIITJEE Visakhapatnam under relevant sections including cheating, breach of trust, and conspiracy.
- Launch a detailed investigation into the institute’s financial and operational mismanagement.
- Facilitate full refund of the fees paid by me.

- Direct appropriate compensation for the physical and emotional stress caused to affected students like Ved.
- Ensure criminal accountability of those responsible for this collapse.
