Ignou University - Fee refund

I've cancelled my Admission on *th Feb, **** in DECE PROGRAMME.
I'VE mailing or calling them. But no required anwer they're giving
It's been a month ago , I haven't got my fees refund yet!
Please help me out of this . I belong to a poor family. I can't bear this huge loss. Please understand me and kindly do the needful please. I really need my fees refund.
