Resonance Ayodhya - Fee not refunded

My son was studying in Resonance Ayodhya for preparation of JEE . As I am serving in Army , at the time of admission I made it clear to Resonance authorities that my job is transferable job and at any time I might be transferred to any place in India. They assured me that in that case your son’s admission will also be transferred to new station and in case no resonance centre is there in new station admission fee will be refunded in proportioned manner. As I got transferred to Gopalpur and no resonance centre is there , I requested for refund of admission fee. But almost *-* months elapsed they had not refunded my money even no intimation has been given by them in this regard
