in july my daughter has taken in Mukesh patel engg collage under B tech CSE and paid fee of rs ******/- , after words she got the admission in IIIT pune hence we have cancelled the this admission on **th october and ask collage for fee refund , but collage is refusing the fee refund by saying no refund policy. UGC INdia has issued notification in july **** by specifying that ***% fee shall be refund by collage in year ****-**.
