Product feature list read "Supports Active Pen (Included)". Website screenshot taken at the time of purchase is uploaded. However, received laptop with MTM Number **H****TIN which does not support Active Pen and packaging did not contain one.
Customer support has refused to give a replacement / refund.
I want a replacement or refund.
