Adarsh Credit Co operative Society LTD - FD Fraud Bank Absconds with Depositor s Funds

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious issue concerning my Three Fixed Deposit (FD) accounts with Adarsh Credit Co-operative Society LTD. My account details are as follows:

Date of FD Maturity: **th January ****

Despite the maturity date of my Fixed Deposits being **th January ****, I have not received the matured amount i.e **,**,*** (Total of * FDs) in my account. Furthermore, I have noticed that the funds have been absconded or misappropriated by the bank, which is a grave violation of trust and legal obligations.

I have attempted to resolve this issue through customer service channels, but the responses have been unsatisfactory, and no action has been taken to return my funds. As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by the bank's lack of responsibility and accountability in this matter.

I request immediate action to be taken to rectify this situation by:

Returning the Full FD Amount with Applicable Interest: The total amount including the interest accrued should be credited to my account without any further delay.
Providing a Detailed Explanation: I expect a detailed explanation for the mishandling of my funds and the measures the bank will take to prevent such occurrences in the future.
