SBI Siliguri Branch Code 0184 - FCNB deposit is not being credited to my account

I have an NRE account at SBI Siliguri (branch code ****).I have a few FCNB deposits held with the bank.I requested the bank to refund the proceeds to my account. Lately the bank replied that those deposits have been encashed and credited. The account nos. where the proceeds have been transferred do not belong to me.I sent emails to SBI Chairman requesting him to take necessary measures to refund my.The email has been forwarded to Customer care, Kolkata.More than one and half months have passed.I did receive any reply.
