They say that they sell authorized original branded watches at low price. The reason for their low price is because most of the models of watches are outdated. Got convinced by the sales person so ordered a watch and received a duplicate and faulty watch. Not even a copy. The watch don't even work at all.
Complained sent emails(care@swisserra.in) (which bounced). Company's website says they are located in Mumbai but the product they ship from Delhi. Got scammed by the company totally.
