White Westinghouse - Faulty Washing Machine No Repair

I purchased a White Westinghouse *.*Kg Washing Machine, Model HDF**** via Amazon . In July ****, the machine became non-functional. I raised a service complaint (No. UP********W******) and paid ₹*** for a technician visit on ** July ****.

The technician confirmed that the main PCB is faulty, but the manufacturer has admitted that the spare part is “not available.” Since then, I have made repeated follow-ups, but no repair, replacement, or refund has been offered.

I live in a rural area with no access to laundry services, and The lack of resolution has caused mental distress and hardship to my family.
