(may Kindly be Marcked to Comissioner Transport/ACB/Crime/Consumer Court) Sir, Sir i have purchased new Jeep Compass from ARG Artmobiles Srinager during the month of April, the cost of the Vehicle is ******* Thirty Six lac and fifty thousand sir within three days the engine of said vehicle got stocked and collapsed at Qazigunt, on contact to the dealership the said the crain and my vehicle was toued to srinagir, next day i visited the said dealership to see the matter, when i reached the jeep showroom and when the machenics of the said dealership have started to see the fault it was found thed the delebrate fault was from the company end Sir when i contacted the delership the denied to resolve the issue and the give me the contact no of Jeep country Head sir after contacting the Jeep Country Head they Replied with the condation the the transmission of the vehicle has been damage and we will change the transmission system of the vehicle , the y started the work and it tooks ** days to complete the change of transmission, now aftyer a gape of ** days when i freceive the faulty vehicle fro m jeep and keep my vehicle under observation, but aftyer few days another issue of overheating of the engine started and finally today the engine of the said vehicle stocked and starts not responding, and i was harased on NH with my family , when i contacted again to the concerned jeep authorities no one responded from the jeep and finally i towed the jeep by myself to jammu. sir i have lost everything (money ** Lacs/Time etc) as such it is hereby requested kindly the matter be enquired through Transport Comissioner/ACB/ so that juistics will be done and these culprits be booked behind the bars Contact Details of the JEEP Dealers Ship Country Head Jeep. **********, ********** Srinager Owner. ********** Srinager Sales Manager (Cheater) ********** all the above contacts stands contacted but no budy is responding as such kindly book these culprits behind the bars so that i will get some relief yours faithfully Nisar Ahmad Khanday KUlgam **********
