I own a Nexon Dark Edition. During the third week from the the date of purchase I heard a knocking sound coming from front wheels. When I went for *st service the service Manager said that there is nothing to worry because that sound might came because of stone hitting the vehicle. I listened and trusted him and came back to home. But I started hearing the same knocking sound whenever the car cross over a pot hole which I reported to Shyam Automotive in Indore M.P during second service but again the service manager was trying to convince me that it's a usual sound which is coming from every Nexon Model. I sent multiple emails to Tata Motors customer care department and multiple reminders to Shyam Automotive but I never got adequate support from either end. Please help me here.
