Motorola Tv - Faulty TV bought from Flipkart not being returned and refunded

The Motorola Smart TV was bought from Flipkart along with extended warranty of r years. Since the *nd week, I started facing software issues with the TV and later on within * months of use, the TV remote stopped working. The technician came home and verified it and put in a request for a replacement remote. It's been ** days and I am not getting a proper response from either of the teams. They game me tracking number for the part they were sending but it showed that it was going to a different State itself, I highlighted this issue multiple times but got no response besides we'll check on it, for one week, from both the teams - the brand warranty team and the extended warranty team. Still today, I have no idea what is being done of the complaint. I sent a mail to return and refund the product, but got no solid response either on that. The TV is absolutely non operable with any other remote or options and has been sitting like a box for a month now.
