Dear sir,
I order a Thomson *R PRO ***cm *K ultra HD tv from Flipkart on **th Jan and the product delivered today and then excutive from installation team came to home and when he tried to turn ON tv it not turned ON.The excutive alloted verified it may be faulty and asked us to return the product.But in Flipkart side they are no accepting the return and asked to mail it your mail ID.as soon as possible
Im really fed up with this kindly make arrangements for return or replace it with new product.
Invoice copy of order purchased is attached with this mail.
