PURCHASED A SPECTACLE FROM LENSKART LAKE MALL BRANCH IN OCTOBER ****. THE SPECS WAS GIVEN WITH * MONTHS WARRANTY. I WAS DELIVERED THE SPECS AT MY HOME ON **TH OCTOBER AT AROUND *PM ON **TH OCTOBER ****. ON TRYING THE SPECKS I TOLD THEM THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG THE CLARITY WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. THEY ADVISED THAT I NEEDED TO WEAR FOR A FEW DAYS TO GET USED TO IT SO I AGREED. ON **TH I LEFT FOR MY ANNUAL HOLIDAY AND RETURNED **DAYS LATER. I CALLED MR ADIL AT THE STORE THE PERSON WHO SERVICED ME AT THE STORE AND TOLD HIM I WAS FACING A PROBLEM WITH THE SPECKS - MR ADIL PH NO ********** - HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD TALK TO HIS SENIORS AND ADVICE WHAT I SHOULD DO. I WAITED FOR A WEEK AND CALLED HIM AGAIN - HE SAID HE WAS ON LEAVE AND ASKED ME TO CALL MR WASIM AT THE STORE. I CALLED MR WASIM AND HE ALSO TOLD ME HE WILL TALK AND GET BACK TO ME BUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE. IN THE MEANTIME AGAIN I HAD TO GO TO SILIGURI ON OFFICE WORK. ON RETURNING I AGAIN CALLED MR ADIL BUT NO RESPONSE. ON **RD FEB I WENT TO THE STORE AND DEMANDED THEM TO TAKE ACTION REGARDING MY SPECS AS I HAD PAID A HUGE SUM OF ***** FOR IT. AT THE STORE THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT IN THEIR HANDS AND THAT THEY ARE REGISTERING A COMPLAINT AND WILL INFORM ME IN ** HRS. I TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THAT THEY WERE JUST PLAYING DELAY TACTICS AND THAT I WANTED MY LENS CHNAGED. AFTER WAITING FOR THE ** HR TIME FRAME THEY HAD GIVEN ME I AGAIN CALLED MR ADIL AND HE AGAIN IN TURN ASKED ME TO CALL MR WASIM SO ON AND SO FORTH BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE. AFTER FOLLOWING UP FOR ** DAYS THEY NO W TELL ME THAT THE WARRANTY TIME HAS CROSSED AND THEY CANNOT AND WILL NOT CHANGE MY LENS. HOWEVER THE WARRANTY TIME AS NOT CROSSED YET - **TH MARCH MAKES IT * MONTHS AND I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING AND MADE MY COMPLAINT WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD BUT DUE TO THEIR DELAY TACTIC THE TIME IS LAPSING. THEY ARE NOW RERFUSING POINT BLANK TO HELP ME AND POINT BLANK REFUSING TO CHANGE MY LENS. THIS IS TOTAL CHEATING WHEN ITS IS CONCERNED WITH THE EYE A VERY MAJOR PART FOR A PERSONS WORK AND DAILY LIFE. THEY HAVE TAKEN SO MUCH MONEY AND NOW ARE BEHAVING BADLY AND REFUSING TO RESPOND OR ADRESS THE PROBLEM. KINDLY HELP. I HAD BEEN TO THEM MANY TIMES EVEN WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM BUT NO RESPITE. TRUST U TO HELP ME
