I received faulty unit when I purchased the product, within * months of purchase smart watch did not start, I wasted almost one month at that time to get this fixed.
Again same issue is observed, I did not use this smart watch very often during this period, it would be hardly for **-** days in these two years, and again same issue occured.
Same watch again started malfunctioning i.e. I am not able to restart the watch or the screen is not coming up. I think the problem was not resolved at that time. I have not been able to use this watch for the last */* months. Please help me in fixing this issue. Titan is not ready for providing me fix for this unit but forcing me to buy new one and I will get **% discount on that. This is really insane.
Despite my attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received any assistance or acknowledgment of my complaint. As a consumer, I believe it is my right to receive a product that functions as advertised, and I seek your intervention in this matter. I kindly request that you assist me in resolving this issue, either through a replacement of the faulty product or a full refund. I have attached copies of my purchase receipt and any relevant correspondence for your reference.
