Samaung india - FAULTY SAMSUNG LITE FLAGSHIP PHONE ON ACTIVATION

Hi.
I had purchased premium segment galaxy s series GALAXY S** LITE on ** Jan at about **** hrs . When I reached home and tried adding my fingerprint, the scanner is faulty and is not recognizing fingerprints whilst adding.
I have tried factory reset as advised by samsung store and I gave been using galaxy s* since past * years....
Samsung smart Cafe at Phoenix mills , lower panel, Mumbai, maharashtra, idold me go to service centre and even if problems persists , they can't do anything.
Even whilst buying, the phone was billed and when asked of there is some defect ,they said they can't doanything about any defects if they come.
If anyone buys samsung phone from their authorized samsung store, then how is customer supposed to check Their phone without using all functions.
When asking for assistance to check phone at store, I had to call people three times and they vanish in ** seconds elsewhere.
(Can be checked from the CCTV.. if you think i am lying)
I AM SURE SAMSUNG SMART CAFE is not honoring samsung policies.
Of whilst buying only product is defective, then why should customer go and waste time at service centre.
I AM SURE THERE ARE POLICIES WHICH SAMUNG DEFINITELY HAS.
THIS KS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FACED THIS RUDE ATTITIDE WHILST BYING MY *RD GALAXY S SERIES PHONE.
