Samsung India - Faulty refrigerator of samsung

Hi,
We bought a refrigerator on * Sept **** from Satyam Enterprises, Fazilka. The refrigerator is not working now and it's only been * year * months. The gas leak problem started to occur in last * months and we have been following with Samsung regarding the same. They are asking to pay to get the filling of gas.
The product is faulty as it stopped working in such a short period of time and it had a ** years of warranty for the compressor.
I feel cheated as the product is not up to the mark and problems started coming with in an year's time.
I want my money back from Samsung.
