Haier - Faulty refrigerator delivered by Dealer

We have purchased refrigerator from Chaudhari Refrigerator (**********), Shirpur Dist Dhule Date: ** March ****. When product was arrived at home after payment we noticed that the refrigerator is of older manufacturing date (****). Owner of Chaudhari refrigerator mentioned not to worry, I will be there I will take care in case of any problem is found in fridge.
Within ** days we found there is vibration problem, they resolved.
After that there was over ice formation problem which is damaging the Bhaji pala etc.
Then we found door is not properly closing then technician resolved problem.
After that there was water leakage problem from back side. Also over ice/water formation is damaging food in fridge. Also we do find lot of water in milk, other products placed in fridge which is damaging the food, bhaji etc.
Now they are telling we need to press this button, that button, it will get sorted but nothing is getting sorted from last * months for water leakage and over ice formation.
They are not ready to give replacement to fridge.
Kindly help!
