I AM A NON RESIDENT INDIAN , FAIRLY NEW TO MUMBAI AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND THE CUSTOMER CARE HAS BEEN FRUSTRATING.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW COME ALL SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ARE FAULTY AND THE PROCESS FOR REFUND/EXCHANGES ARE SUITED TO BOOST THEIR SALES AND TO FACILITATE FRAUDSTERS TO SCAM AND COMPROMISE OF CUSTOMERS DATA -

Order Id: SOA************ Purchased from Croma at infiniti mall - turns out my charger is not working and I am travelling on Monday**th April ****hence i visited Croma at Mahavir Nagar on saturday *th april and i am told that i have to handover Mobile and charger which will be sent to service centre who will address the issue within */* days . My mobile has a dual sim ( International and India sim) and all my banking details are stored with passwords or I should purchase a new Charger ????
WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE IS THERE ANYONE WHO WOULD LEAVE THE MOBILE WITH THE SVC CENTRE EVEN FOR A MINUTE ????

On **/**/**** - purchased Samsung AO*s and it turned out faulty from the day one with several visits to Jio reliance stores and Service centre , I was without mobile for a month , eventually service centre found the unit to be faulty and gave credit voucher along with frustration ,so i spent commuting several visits up and down without a mobile -
