not exactly known - faulty product

I Puja Patil, Residing At Post Jalka Ta warora Dist Chandrapur. I purchased a steel drum from my nearest villege Madheli, Shopkeeper name as Mr. Anilkumar Gajjalwar for the purpose of storing water and he gives a faulty product. after buying when i pouring a water into the drum then i see that water is leaked from this steel drum. so next day morning i went to that shop and told him that the steel drumis leaked, so plz exchange with new one or gives our money back but the shopkeeper is denying and speaking abusive words angainst my mother Mrs Ujjwala Patil and me
