Dd Impex - Faulty Product

I had purchased Power Saver Max Supplier from DD Impex. They had promised that it would cut electricity bill upto ** to ** percent. My earlier bills were in the range of Rs. *.* k to Rs. *.* k. I used this product for * month but it increased my elecricity bill to Rs. * k. I would want a refund on immediate basis and also file a complaint against them for fooling people.
