Logitech Electronics (INDIA) Private Limited - Faulty product underwarranty keep delaying refund and replacement

I purchased a Logitech MX Master *S mouse for ₹*,*** on **th November ****. The product became defective within the warranty period, so I shipped it to the Logitech service center on **th August ****, and it was delivered the next day. However, the service center acknowledged receipt only on **th August ****, causing an initial delay. In mid-September, after every day followup I was informed that a replacement was unavailable due to stock unavailability, and was promised a refund, which was approved on **th September **** with an assurance it would be processed within ** working days. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and calls, the refund has not been received as of **th October ****. This delay has caused significant mental stress, inconvenience, and financial hardship, as the amount paid for the defective product remains unpaid while I continue to suffer the deficiency in service from Logitech.
