Flipcart - Faulty product sold on big billion day and now exchange is not provided by flipkart

I have bought lg refrigerator order id od****************** in big billion sale in Flipkart but they have sold faulty product. And they are not ready to exchange and if I buy same product again price is on mrp now. So I asked to exchange. But they are not ready to solve my issue. And customer support was pathetic. I want compensation for this pethatic service and mental torture. Even they told they are not responsible for faulty product then who are responsible they are doing because price has increased they want to sell in more price.
