V12 - Faulty product received

I placed an order for a V** * Chennel amplifier from Feelandeal delhi for Rs. ****/-. I came in contact with Feelandeal through OLX.com . Here Mr Rohit Singh Rajput (the person whom i communicated on olx) gave me his WhatsApp number and asked me to contact him for further information. I did so and he told me that the product comes with * year warranty and if any fault occurs in the product he provides door to door service. I placed the order on ** August ****, and paid the money(***/- through paytm and rest of the money through cash on delivery). When i received the product there were so many things missing in the box including the invoice and warranty card. When i tested the product it was faulty. I told about this to mr.Rohit he said he will arrange, but he didn't do anything and now he is not even responding to my messages.
