D.K. GAUTAM filed complaint against Mitsubishi Electric on May 25, 2019
I purchased the Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner on **th April ****. But from *nd May **** smell started coming out from the indoor unit and there is a loss in a cooling effect. I registered a complaint in companies customer care on *th May ****. But no one came to visit and my complaint was closed. I again registered a complaint on **th May but again my complaint was closed. On **th May a dealer sent a serviceman but he was not able to detect the problem. The company told me that they can't replace the product.
