Tangy Oak - Faulty product received with no customer support

Want to highlight the traumatic experience of buying a product on tangyoak website and their totally unprofessional and cold treatment once the purchase has been completed. I purchased a world map clock with customization option ( as I chose a bamboo color instead of black) which was ****/- more expensive. No one bothers to reply to your concerns after you make a purchase. They don’t pick up the call. The product received didn’t have any hole in the right portion of the map and when I asked them to replace it or repair they said the customer only has to do it. I called them almost more than ** times but they intentionally didn’t pick up and ignored my messages and calls. I am forced to file a consumer complaint against this unprofessional company who is cheating consumers.
Order no bamboo color map - wall clock with black letters purchased on * March **.
Pathetic experience and I will drag this company to consumer court for such an experience.
