I purchased a Sketra Enduro Trainer (elliptical machine) from Quantico Global India Pvt. Ltd. on ** March **** (Invoice No. ****) for ₹**,***. Within the warranty period, the machine developed serious structural defects, specifically cracks in the welded joints of the frame, making it unsafe and unusable. I lodged a complaint with the company on * March ****, which was acknowledged on * March ****. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp and sharing photo/video evidence, the company has failed to repair or replace the defective product. The company has informed me that spare parts may take *–* months to be arranged, which is unreasonable and violates their own publicly stated service commitment of resolving complaints and delivering spare parts within *–** days. The defect is a structural manufacturing issue, not normal wear and tear. The company’s failure to provide timely service within the warranty period amounts to deficiency in service and breach of warranty.
