i purcasesd a vest set of * on ** October **** from zudio tonk road jaipur , after that i went to my hometown, there i washed the vest with water and the thread was torn out from the vest, i thought they would replace the vest,
i went there again on November * **** and they told me they can't exchange or refund innnerwear. It was in their policy but why did they then sell me faulty product
