Butterfly mixer grinder - Faulty product delivered

Sir, we purchased butterfly mixer grinder from Sv Electronics anantapur,ap. With in *months of purchased *times motor got damaged, plug was damaged and jars handle was broken,butterfly mixer grinder technician he replaced motor twice still the motor is not up to the mark, even low load the motor is unable to handle,they gave us fault mixer grinder,we visited multiple times with regarding to repair of mixer,we have lost our patience,we don't want this we request you to replace,we even complaint to butterfly customer care complaint number is B***********,they closed complaint with out any solution,they asked to call their manager he is not responding properly , please see that mater is solved as soon as possible,thank you sir
