Here is a detailed list of complaints:

I was promised that my old N* would be picked up and the new Y* Pro delivered within a week. This promise was not honoured.

Eventually, I had to collect the Y* Pro myself from the Bluedart warehouse because your logistics partner refused to deliver it. Your team was unable to resolve this or hold them accountable.

Upon receiving the product, we discovered the docking station was not functioning. After verification, your technician replaced it, but did not provide a new adapter along with the new dock.

Even after setting up the new dock, the vacuum cleaner remains dysfunctional. All troubleshooting was done via video call with your technical team, only to conclude that a technician visit is required.

This level of malfunction in a brand new device — on its first charge — is completely unacceptable. This would have been somewhat understandable if the device was old or worn out. It is not.

The buy-back offer gave me a Rs. **** discount, but it’s not worth the inconvenience and poor treatment I’ve received. Your team was enthusiastic during the sales process and completely dismissive and rude during my follow-ups.

The toll-free number has also been of no use — calls are logged, but nothing moves forward, making it feel like a dead end.

As a PAH patient, I rely entirely on the robotic vacuum to keep my home clean. This failure has severely impacted me.

I demand that your team contact me immediately and issue a full replacement of the Y* Pro without further delay.

I paid Rs. **,*** to “upgrade” — but this has been nothing but a downgrade. When I asked to return the product, I was informed it wasn’t possible. This was never disclosed during the sales pitch.
