We purchased a crizal lens from this shop, we were given assurance of the quality and reimbursement. However the product was faulty, we did not accept the product and asked for reimbursement. we were asked to wait and then after numerous follow up we were issued a cheque of refund, upon submission of the same in bank the cheque bounced saying funds not available. I am following up from long time but no response.
