Oralhoe - Faulty product

I ordered a gum paint for my teeth along with the oral hoe and they delivered me some plastic teeth that smell really bad and the gum is all spilled outside the box and the packaging is all demolished. It was delivered on **oct and ordered on **oct to Jaipur i want my refund back. The order was under the name Prakash Meghnani
