Healthgenie - Faulty Product - No Service Under Warranty and asking for charges

I have ordered a treadmill and installed it only * screws to install and the machine from starting creating problem they came and charged *** Rs and after * months the speed issue came at speed of * it runs on maximum speed of ** and lead to accident and lead to leg injury It has been * weeks chasing them for repair they are not visiting for repair and now asking me to open the machine and they will guide so that of any mis handelling happens they can charge another *** which they have told that miss maintenance will cost *** Rs. The warranty claimed by company is just to fool people they will anyhow charge *** by using different terminology of non maintenance etc. Etc. I have wasted my ***** Rs buying a product from Healthgenie Beware people a straight warning for you save your self from this fake company fooling customer
