I have received a faulty mobile Redmi Note *S which is hanging badly. The camera also gets stuck. I need an immediate refund on this but they try to push for replacement or service centre. This is not I have spent ***** for. They said they will callback buy someone called once and disconnected. No callback for that department, usual care number people say their replacement department will callback after ** hours. Order ID ****************.
