Purchased this ** or G mobile from Amazon seller, booked on **th March and received on **th March ****. I put my sim card and started using it. Next day mobile started behaving erratically. I thought it would be a software problem, did a reset it started working and again within * days the problem reported since then it the same condition. I tried reaching Amazon they asked me to contact the seller. I tried calling them but every time I call them they asked me to contact some other number. It took a long time to reach them. Today when I could get them they want me to send the mobile to them for repair. I don't want to use the same mobile any more and want a refund. Want to file a consumer case against the seller. The phone rebooted * times while typing this complaint. The video is attached.
