I am owner of moto G* plus **GB ( IMEI - *************** &
***************) purchased on ** Oct **. Phone has one year warranty.
On ** may **, I approach service center Guwahati for battery issue (draining fast, charging slow and other issues) and device was returned to me after changing of motherboard on ** May **. After using the phone it was observed that battery issue is not been rectified, hence approached service center again on ** May **. This time service center confirmed that problem is with charger , hence charger with data cable deposited for replacement. On ** may ** when I approached for collection it was said that replacement not received from company so wait for another *-* days. On ** Jun ** when I approach for collection of charger it was said that problem might with display and my phone was checked for **-** mints and nothing found. Hence again process initiated for replacement of charger.
Again I approached to service center for collection of charger and for same battery issue on ** Jun ** , again phone and charger deposited for rectification and received by me on ** Jun ** after battery replacement. After using of phone it was observed that battery issue is still exits hence phone again deposited to service center on ** May ** and still with service center.
In between many times complaint has been raised on company customer care toll free number as well as on Twitter also.
Hard copy of complaint with details for providing replacement of whole product, also forwarded to company and service center through speed / registered post even after receiving of complaint , no reply has been received.
Now I need replacement of product and two months additional warranty as out of ** months of warranty * months have been wasted in the process. Complaint also lodged on Indian government consumer protection website vide docket no ****** dated ** Jun **.
Latest copy of phone deposited to service center is attached.
