Sleepyhead - Faulty low quality product delivered and even after multiple requests the company failed to take any

I ordered RX* motorized recliner for my mother from Sleepyhead on **th October ****. After a long waiting period, the order was delivered on **th October ****. The delivery guys unboxed it in the ground floor, brought the bare recliner to the first floor and plugged it in and left my place. As soon as they left, we realized that none of the features like back support extention or the leg rest or rocking were working. I immediately called the delivey guys and asked them for the manual and they said there is nothing in the box. Then I asked him if they know how to set up the product, and they said they do not know anything as they are just there to deliver it. On the same day, the delivery day being a Sunday and as it was already late for the customer support to be available, I immediately dropped a mail to sleepyhead support requesting them to arrange for a physical technical support visit to my house so that they can see and rectify the issues.
The saga went on for two weeks. I kept calling them and everytime I call, they just kept giving a deadline and nobody turned up to my place. Once they said they'll get it fixed on or before November *th. They sent nobody. Then when I kept asking them again and again, they asked me to wait till **th. They failed again. Nobody came to rectify the issue. The recliner has been lying there in my house useless for the past three weeks. The quality is sub par and it is not even working as described in their website. I waited for so long for them to come and rectify it but nothing happened so far. Zero action taken by the company.
It has been an extremely tedious journey for me so far with sleepyhead. I lost my mental peace. They just keep giving fabricated response and false promises which they never keep.
Now I am concerned that in the future, if there is even a minor issue, these careless sleepyhead people will not care to respond. With this concern in mind, I no longer am interested to keep a non-working product with a poor quality with me. I want sleepyhead to take back the faulty product that they delivered and give my money back to me.
