Hi There,

Last Week i purchased a Laptop from Online official website of Lenovo.

While purchasing the laptop, i took help of online sales support of Lenovo and was communicating with Ms Saranya.

While going through the subjected product and its review, i realised that one cusotmer did complaint about the battery life of this product. Which i asked to Ms Saranya who was helping me in selection.

She asked me to ignore that review and buy the laptop as this laptop wont have any complaint with regards to Battery life. However, she lied to me and cheated me. The battery life is really bad for this laptop. which leads to my fist complaint about this laptop.

*. In Specification, it is mentioned that customer will get upto * hours battery life. However, i f i just work on word, excel... the battery last for *.** hours and if i take online classes, it last for *.**hours or max * hours.
*. Second and most important is about the graphic card. Since i have started using this laptop (Last week Saturday), the Nvidia GEForce RTX graphic card is not detectable. I took help from Lenovo Premium technical support team service four time but no one was able to help and provide me with the right solution. If i restart laptop , it will be visible for sometimes, but if it goes into sleep mode, and then activated...the graphic card will be again lost and not detectable.

*. My processor is supposed to be Intel core i* (E core upto *.*Ghz and P core upto *.* Ghz) However, when I check in the system information, it doesnt show me this. It shows me "Intel core i* Processor (*.*Ghz) ..Please explain this why? i am asking this question ever since i have received this laptop (**th August ****), but no one is answering.

Today also i called Lenovo Premium care support team but they failed to reply and hang up my call.

I feel cheated as customer .
