I have been visited by lenovo service representative. He has confirmed and observed multiple problem with my machine. *. Memory usage ***% while machine is simply logged in or browsing youtube.com - Solution : hard-drive replacement *. Headphones not working after in windows & BIOS. - Solution : Motherboard replacement *. Machine hangs after **-** minutes of usage - Solution : re-installation of windows He has told me that they will replace hard disk & motherboard & re-install windows for fixing the problems. I am looking for laptop replacement and don't want such kind of machine which has problems from day one. I will surely place a complaint at consumer board for being fooled by Lenovo. It looks like I am being fooled by Lenovo and sold me machine which has problem from day one.
