Kinetic Green Energy Power Solutions Ltd - Faulty Kinetic Flex Electric Scooter

I Purchased Kinetic Flex electric scooter on **/**/**** from authorized distributor "Kuttiattor Motors Pvt. Ltd. , Kannur, Kerala and registered at Thaliparamba RTO with "KL**Z****" register number.
I faced throttle issues and creaking sound near the swing arm bush on the same day I received and booked a complaint on the next day. The kuttiattor Motors authorized person, said that some scooter had throttle issues and company would replace parts asap, informed that the creaking sound came because of some bolt tight problem and applied some grease , sound had gone only for two days. After * days I met some other issues with odometer, it was reset when the odometer was around *** km. Alas...I made complaint again and he said that there was some batch issues and it would be replaced soon.
Finally I came to know that I received all the faulty scooter made by Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions and I am very unhappy. [ odometer reset every *** km, big creaky sound at the swing arm bush, charging plug top broken when second recharge finished, rear disk brake has sounds all time, faulty throttle, body got some scratch because of improperly fitted ladies' foot rest (no gap between footrest and body). I emailed to the the company regarding all issues faced, but no response from company side.
