I bought *.* wireless soundbar in june ****.
Woofer stoped working on ** Nov. I logged ticket on ** Nov
MH-C******-*****, got confirmation of Technician visit on ** Nov. No one came.
Again dialled call centre then Technician Came on ** Nov, he checked and told me internal board is not functioning. Then no communication from harman, I called multiple times to call centre more than ** days. No response from Harman.
Then I personally brought my system to service center in camp area pune. Then ticket MH-C******-***** is logged and technician found woofer speaker is having problem not the board. After ** days I collected my system from the center.
Again after * days woofer speaker started creating noise. Then I again submitted my system to service centre pune area camp service centre. They logged the ticket MH-C******-*****
I am still lost, what happened to my very first ticket MH-C******-*****.
I need replacement of this faulty system.
